Chicago Traditional Shingle Style with Lookout Basement
ABOUT THE PROJECT

Located in Arlington Heights, the objective of the homeowners was to build a house that fit into their traditional neighborhood architecture seamlessly, while still providing all the modern amenities a growing family needs.  From the welcoming front porch to the multiple study areas for the kids, this home exceeded their hopes.

Among our favorite features in this beautiful home is the bright, open kitchen with its furniture-like custom island, Kohler Stages kitchen sink, and SubZero Wolf appliances-it’s perfect for entertaining and day to day living.

Noteworthy: This home has been featured by the Arlington Heights Historic Society as a classic example of traditional architecture of the area, and was featured on their 2016 Home Walk.
